About The Role
We are actively recruiting highly skilled and energetic Senior Sales Associates to join our high-performing teams at our Newmarket and Ponsonby Boutiques, in Auckland. Reporting to the Store Managers, the successful candidates will be hands on while actively collaborating with the team ensuring all KPIs and metrics are met. These roles will be advocates for brand ambassadorship and actively foster long term relationships with our community and wider retail teams.
Our successful candidates will continually nurture, inspire and assist in driving our boutiques from strength-to-strength. You will be versed in store operations and strive to be a leader in customer service and retail.
About You
How you will contribute:
- Actively utilise CRM stratagem to engage, develop and maintain interactions with our community while building a strong network of clients
- Consistently strive to overachieve set sales budgets and KPIs
- Use product knowledge and internal training tools to maximise and drive sales
- Lead retail standards for elevated customer service
- Ensure VM presentation standards meet company guidelines and requirements all while reflecting the brand
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance to company guidelines
- Embody all areas of brand ambassadorship with a demonstrated passion for the company
- Positively contribute to company culture – you will be warm, positive & forward thinking
- Assist the wider retail team with all retail operational and inventory management duties
- Support all store processes and compliance
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a seasoned Retail Sales Associate or similar role. Experience in a high-end retail environment desirable but not essential
- Exceptional and elevated communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Suite and POS systems including inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends inclusive
